Slim-Fast Review

Slim-Fast is a diet meal plan that offers prepackaged food. They originally started out offering only milk-shake type drinks, but they have moved into other meal-replacements. If you need meals on the go or if you don't have time to fix yourself healthy meals, Slim-Fast's meals in a can (or bar) are a healthy alternative.

The plan does result in weight loss for some people. This weight loss is often short term. Not many people stick with the diet for more than a couple months.

The plan is convenient, but it can be expensive, there isn't much variety, and it's hard to stick with for any decent length of time.
